Hallo!
Mein Name ist Claudia und ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere in Erlangen. Hab schonmal ein Bild rein, damit ihr eine Ahnung bekommt mit wem ihrs zu tun habt;)
Bilder von der Wohnung habe ich noch keine aber sobald ich welche habe stell ich sie rein.
Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Friedrich-Ebert-Platz (Strabbo 9, 4 und der 34 Bus)
Zum 1. März wird sie frei, jedoch kommt noch ein neuer Laminat rein und das Bad wird verputzt. Dein Zimmer hat ca. 13qm, die Küche ca. 10qm, das Bad ca. 8qm.
Außerdem haben wir eine neue Küche und eine neue Waschmaschine.
Zum Haus gehört noch ein Hof, wo man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann
Warm zahlen wir zusammen ca. 380 (p.p 190)
Ab 1. März kannst du gerne einen Besichtigungstermin mit mir ausmachen:)Ich freu mich schon!
und vergiss nicht dies ist keine Zweck WG und ich würde auch gerne mal was mit dir unternehmen.
