Ich suche einen netten Zwischenmieter/in für mein 12m ² Zimmer (vollständig möbliert) in unserer schönen 3er WG im Norden Nürnbergs (Nordring) vom 01.08.2011 bis zum 01.03.2012, da ich für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubau in der vierten Etage, sie ist insgesamt 73 m² groß, bestehend aus kleiner Küche, großem Flur, Toilette, Bad, Balkon und den drei Zimmern.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Edeka,usw.), Bäcker, Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle, Banken, Kneipen und viele andere Läden sind direkt vor der Tür.
