Mein Name ist Claudia (24) und ich studiere in Erlangen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (nahe Friedrich-Ebert-Platz) und die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung (U-bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus)ist sehr gut.Auch in die Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
Ich habe ein Zimmer in meiner zweier WG zu vermieten. Das Zimmer wurde kurzfristig frei und es könnte bereits zum 15.09 oder zum 01.10 bezogen werden.Den Zeitraum habe ich befristet...es ist allerdings nicht ausgeschlossen, dass die befristete Zeit sich verlängert oder die Befristung aufgehoben wird.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem neuen Schrank, einer Kommode und einer großen Matratze. Das Bad hat ein Fenster und ist mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit einer Einbauküche ausgestattet.
Mit in der WG wohnen noch zwei Kaninchen (Hanni und Nanni)
Für Besichtigungstermine bin ich nach Absprache gerne bereit.
