Suche Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer zum 1. Mai, Zimmer ist voll eingerichtet, Küche ist natürlich auch vorhanden. Ein schöner Balkon auf dem auch Grillen erlaubt ist befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses.
Bad mit Dusche. WC ist seperat.
Die Nebenkosten enthalten bereits Telefon/Internet und einmal wöchentlich eine Putzfrau.
Sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig (Seitenstraße) gelegen, am Rand der Altstadt, zu Fuß max. 5 min. bis WiSo. Ubahn Station in der Straße (Kaulbachplatz, U3)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, kleiner Bio Laden und Ebl in unmittelbarer Umgebung (alles zu Fuß in max. 3 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen).
Ebenfalls in der Straße befindet sich ein empfehlenswertes italienisches Restaurant (Pizza, Pasta usw. auch zum mitnehmen) und direkt um die Ecke mehrere asiatische Restaurants, ein sehr gutes Steakhaus usw. usw. ;)
Falls das alles nicht reicht ist man zu Fuß in 8-10 Minuten am Hauptmarkt und hat somit die gesamte Nürnberger Altstadt mit ihren Bars, Clubs und Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft :)
