Schönes helles WG-Zimmer in Gärten hinter der Veste

Die WG liegt in dem ruhigen und sehr schönen und grünen Viertel Gärten hinter der Veste, im Norden der Altstadt, wohin man dort locker zu Fuß gehen kann. Eine Station der U 3 ist 3 Minuten weg und die bringt dich in wenigen Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. In der Gegend gibt es einige nette Cafés und Restaurants, und eine ziemlich gute Eisdiele gleich um die Ecke. Wenn du gerne Laufen gehst, kannst du das gut im Stadtpark oder - wenn's ein wenig weiter sein soll - im Marienbergpark, der auch um einiges größer ist. An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist alles vorhanden, ein REWE gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite, ein Aldi, ein Bioladen, ein Markt, der einmal die Woche stattfindet, und auch ein paar Bäcker, die noch selbst backen, sind nicht weit.

The flat is located in the quiet and very nice and green quarter Gärten hinter der Veste, in the North of the old town, to which you can easily walk on foot. A station of the subway U 3 is not far, which takes you to the central train station in only a few minutes. There are many nice cafes an restaurans around here, and a very good ice cream place is just around the corner. If you like going for a run, there is the Stadtpark nearby, or Marienbergpark which is bigger and therefore good, if you like to go a little further. To buy groceries, there is a REWE on the opposite side of the road, an Aldi, an organic food store, a market which takes place once a week and a handful of bakeries that still make their own bread.

Wir sind eine queerfriendly WG und verstehen uns als politisch links. Normalerweise wohnen wir zu dritt, Sophia, Sonja und ich. Du wirst also mit Sophia zusammenwohnen, die als Psychologin am Nürnberger Klinikum arbeitet, und mit Sonja, die soziale Arbeit studiert und ebenfalls arbeitet. Wenn wir abends nach Hause kommen, sitzen wir oft noch gemeinsam in der Küche, essen gemeinsam, trinken ein Bier oder einen Wein und unterhalten uns. Das muss aber natürlich nicht sein. Wenn wir keine Lust haben, sagen wir uns das einfach. Kommunikation ist uns wichtig und es wäre gut, wenn du dich selbst und deine Grenzen gut kennst und mitteilst. Wir haben einen Putzplan und teilen uns ein paar Lebensmittel (das kann man dann individuell besprechen). Wichtig ist allerdings, dass du dreimal geimpft bist und das auch auffrischen wirst (sorry, hier wollen wir nur einfach keine Diskussion).

We are queerfriendly three people shared flat and understand ourselves as politically left. You would live together with my flatmates Sophia, who is a doctoral candidate in psychology at the university hospital Nürnberg, and Sonja, who studies social work and works part time. When we come home in the evenings, we like to sit together in the kitchen, eat together, have a bear or a glas of wine and talk about our day. But this is not a necessity. When we're not in the mood, we just say so. Communication is important to us, so we would love you to know and express yourself and your limits. We have a cleaning rota and share some of our food (that can be discussed individually). Very important, however, is that you've had all three vaccinations and will take boosters in the future (sorry, but here we just don't want to argue).

Da ich das Zimmer im Einverständnis mit unserem Vermieter untervermieten werde, bekommst du einen Vertrag mit mir. Unser Vermieter würde dich allerdings am Anfang gerne kurz kennenlernen.

Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind verhandelbar, allerdings nur um so ca. eine Woche.

Since I am subletting my room in accordance with my land lord, the contract will be drawn between you and me. Still, my land lord would be happy to meet you at the beginning of your stay.

Dates of arrival and departure are negotiable, but only within a time frame of two weeks.
