Hi! Weil ich während des Sommerferien 5-Wochen Urlaub mache, hätte ich gern meines Zimmer in dieser Zeit zur Zwischenmieten geben.
Das Zimmer ist 16 m2 groß mit 1 großes Fenster.
Der Boden ist aus Laminat und das Bett sowie alle Möbel die drin stehen bleiben dort für die Zeit auch.
220€ ist mein eigene Angebot für die ganze Zeit von 13 August bis 14 September.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in 4.OG, Widhalmstr.
Die beste Lage kann man sagen, Hbf sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Imbiss alle Arte sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Wir wohnen zurzeit zu Dritt, 2 Studentinnen und 1 Informatiker.
Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG, aber auf Grund der unterschiedlichen Studium/Arbeits-Zeiten ging es sich leider selten aus für gemeinsame Unternehmungen, allerdings ist ein gemütliches Zusammensitzen und Genießen immer drin.
Für uns sind die Sauberkeit und Ruhe wichtigste.

The price 220 € is for everything (for 5 weeks from 10 August - 14 September), no extra cost.
