Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm² groß und kostet ca. 231 € warm mit allen Nebenkosten, die momentan gezahlt werden müssen.
Zusätzlich wird eine Küche und ein Bad gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
Zur Verfügung steht zudem ein Balkon, sowie ein Garten in dem man im Sommer grillen kann.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar, nur in wenigen Gehminuten bist du bereits am Hauptbahnhof, sowie in der Innenstadt. Bei den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hast du die Qual der Wahl, da mehrere Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke liegen.
Mit dir wohnen zwei nette junge Mädels, die gerne zusammen kochen und ab und zu gern mal was zusammen unternehmen. Die beiden sind sehr aufgeschlossen und freuen sich auf ein geselliges und nettes Mädel zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren.
