Plenty of space and lots of room to make your own.
Looks very cosy when it's dark and the fairy lights are on !
South of Nürnberg wall - 1 minute from Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof!! And 5-10 minute walk to the city centre.

Everything you need is in a walking distance of under 10 minutes.
Hauptbahnhof offers the U-Bahn which takes you around the city in only a few stops, and also takes you further out to Fürth and Erlangen in under 10-20 minutes.
The flat is for 3-4 people. There is a kitchen with balcony, lounge area, toilet and bathroom, with an additional converted room in the loft...The biggest room in the flat! This room could also be used as the 4th bedroom.
Unfortunately myself and my other flatmates are moving out of the flat at a similar time, so we are looking for 3-4 new housemates that will like to move in. Room 1 is available first, room 2 is available later.
Groups of 3-4 people are welcome! Providing you would like to move in on similar dates..But we can negotiate that if you decide to contact me :)
The flat is perfect for sociable, easy going people who enjoy having people over for dinner or for a party in the room upstairs..or even relaxing on the balcony as the sun sets with a beer. Unfortunately the balcony only catches the sun in the evening but it's still good !
Length of time living in the flat is up to you - minimum of 5-6 months !!
