ich suche für die Zeit vom 15. September bis 15. Oktober einen netten Mitbewohner. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert! D.h. die Möbel auf dem Bild sind nicht vorhanden! Einbauküche ist vorhanden.
Parkplätze gibt es direkt vorm Haus. Die Straßenbahnstation Siemensstraße ist ca. 4 min. zu Fuß, von hier aus dann 10 min. zum HBF bzw. in die Innenstadt. EDEKA, ARAL, MC FIT, SIXT, FRISEUR, APOTHEKE, BÄCKER und SPARKASSE sind ebenfalls in ca 4. min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es gibt DSL 16000 W-LAN und Telefon, TV-Anschluss. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und hat Zentralheizung. Das Kellerabteil kann gerne genutzt werden.
