Ab sofort bis zum 30.09.2018 vermiete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete. Eventuell besteht die Möglichkeit die Wohnung sogar zu übernehmen ab Oktober, da ich Hauptmieterin bin. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, 22 qm, mit großem Fenster und hellem Laminat. Die ganze Wohnung hat eine Fläche von 75qm und verfügt über Küche, Bad, WC, Balkon. Deine Mitbewohnerin lebt in zwei Zimmern und Du dann in dem größtem.
Die Lage ist super, nahe am Luitpoldhain und Dutzendteich und mit dem Fahrrad sind es knapp 10 Minuten in die Stadtmitte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es etliche in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Tram "Platz der Opfer des Faschismus" und "Peterskirche" sind wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Straße ist eine Nebenstraße zur Wilhelm-Spät-Straße, Parkplätze sind vorhanden, sowohl Anwohner als auch freie.
Die WG teilst Du Dir mit Johanna, sie ist 31 Jahre alt und ist berufstätig. Sie kocht leidenschaftlich gerne und ihr werdet viel Spaß zusammen haben. Der große Balkon lädt zum gemeinsam Quatschen ein.
