Bei uns in der WG wird ab März ein Zimmer frei. Zunächst zur Zwischenmiete bis August. Aber eventuell gibt es noch einmal einen Wechsel, dann könntest du, wenn gewünscht, wahrscheinlich länger bleiben. Ist noch nicht ganz sicher.
Auf Wunsch kann das Zimmer gern teilmöbliert sein (Matratze, Sessel/Sofa, Kommode/Regal) oder auch komplett leer.
Das Zimmer ist 25qm groß, hat einen Erker und Holzboden. Es kostet 549€ warm (Inklusive allem) Unser Zuhause ist insgesamt 200qm groß und hat einen sonnigen, großzügigen Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südstadt von Nürnberg. Schwimmbad, Cafes, Boulderhalle und Kino sind um die Ecke.
Wir sind im Moment zu viert. Wir sind MItte/ Ende 20 bzw. Anfang 30. Studis und berufstätig gemischt. Manche von uns machen gerne Sport, andere sitzen gern bei einem Kaffeplausch zusammen oder sind politisch aktiv.
