In unserer schönen neu sanierten WG ist ein 14 m² Zimmer frei. Wir haben eine neue, schöne Küche, die wir gemeinsam nutzen. (Die Küche müsste anteilig ausgelöst werden) Auch sonst bietet diese nette 3 Zimmer Wohnung
alles was zu einem kompletten Haushalt gehört: Waschmaschine, DSL
und Telefon Flatrate, Balkon, Dachboden, Keller usw. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Gostenhof befindet sich in ca. 200m Entfernung. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie
Aldi sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Zimmer wäre ab sofort frei, ein
späterer Einzugstermin wäre aber auch möglich.
Wir sind beide Nichtraucher, auf dem Balkon kann aber geraucht werden.
Falls du Interesse hast und gern für länger in der WG bleiben möchtest, melde dich einfach und wir machen einen Termin
zum Anschauen aus, denn selber ansehen ist immer am besten.
