Das Zimmer hat Dachschräge. Die Wohnung ist eine Maisonette (Zimmer ist im oberen Stockwerk) und wurde im 2010 vollständig saniert (!). Küche ist auch neu und immer sauber. Sogar alle Möbel, Kücheninhalt usw. neu. Es gibt 2 Bäder. U-Bahn Haltestelle auf der Hauptstraße.
Da wir alle arbeiten/studieren, hätten wir gerne einen Mitbewohner mit geregeltem Alltag (u.a. wegen Heizungs- und Schlafenszeiten). Wir bevorzugen Studenten & Praktikanten oder Berufsanfänger.

Zimer möbliert (modern und mit neuen Möbeln - Bett, Schrank, Tisch & Stuhl vorhanden).
Wir sind alle ordentlich und legen auf unsere schicke Wohnung viel Wert. Bei Interesse, bitte eine E-Mail schreiben und euch kurz vorstellen. Kündigungsfrist 14 Tage jeweils möglich zum Ende oder zu Mitte des Monats.
