Hallo in unserer schönen WG wird zum 15. Dezember ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung ist ideal für WGs und ist seit 8 Jahren fest in WG Hand. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 160 qm groß und liegt im schönen Gostenhof gleich um die Ecke vom Mainheim. Sie hat große Gemeinschaftsflächen (riesiger Gang, Küche, Wohnzimmer, großes Bad mit Badewanne, 2 Balkone) eine extra Toilette und in allen Zimmern Parkett. Bad und Küche sind gefliest. Die Miete beträgt inkl. allem (Zimmer, NK,Strom, Heizung, Telefonflat und DSL-Flat, GEZ) 360 EUR.
Wir sind zwei Studentinnen, eine Berufstätige (Alisa, Johanna und Lisa) und suchen einen netten Mitbewohner für ein gemütliches, entspanntes WG-Leben. Wir freuen uns auf Dich! Bei Interesse meldet Dich bitte per Mail (wohnung.knauer(at)hotmail.com).

Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden (Lidl, Norma oder der Biosupermarkt sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt). Mit der (U-)Bahn und lässt es sich am besten vom Plärrer losfahren (7 Minuten entfernt).
