Es handelt sich um ein schönes helles Zimmer 16 qm in einer harmonischen 5 er WG. Es gibt einen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit Fernseher, eine gemeinsame Küche, eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine, zwei Bäder mit Badewanne.
Die Atmosphäre ist schön und harmonisch. Das Zimmer hat eine Bodenbemalung und ist sehr schön und geräumig.
Die Wg liegt nahe Plärrer mit U-Bahn und Strassenbahn und Busverbindungen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Z.B. Marktkauf, Aldi, Lidl. Man ist sofort in der Stadt, Das Planetarium ist in der Nähe und die Gostenhofer Hauptstraße mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine Tankstelle für Abendliche Noteinkäufe ist direkt daneben.
Hier wohnen ganz tolle angenehme Mitbewohner, und und es ist total schön hier zu wohnen. Die WG ist nicht immer besetzt. Das Haus besteht aus insgesamt 3 Wohngemeinschaften die sich untereinander sehr gut verstehen. Die WG selbst setzt sich aus 3 Männern und einer Frau zusammen. Gegenseitige Hilfe ist an der Tagesordnung.
