das Zimmer hat ca 23qm und einen wunderschönen Dielenboden!
Fenster gehen auf Südseite, dh. den ganzen Tag Sonne und keine Häuserfront gegenüber die den Blick einschränkt.
Wohnzimmer zu freien Nutzung und Gestaltung kommt noch mit dazu... Bad und Küche sind angenehm groß.
Separate Toilette.
U Bahnhof Bärenschanze
Ich ziehe aus dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist frische 30 Jahre und relativ entspannt... in seinem Leben dreht sich viel um die Musik und er geht wahnsinnig gerne lange aus.
Die Gesammtmiete (mit Internet usw) waren bis jetzt 320€.
Da ich der Hauptmieter war, muss der neue WG Bewohner diesen Part übernehmen.
Jetzt ist mein Mitbewohner gerade im Urlaub, das Zimmer und die Wohnung könnt Ihr euch dennoch gerne ansehen, am liebsten alle am Samstag.
