Hallo Zusammen!
Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin / -bewohner für ein geräumiges, helles, südseiten Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Hinterhof, also sehr ruhig, in zentraler Lage.
Allerdings können wir gerade die Arbeiten an einem schönen Neu-Bau direkt beobachten. Wir wollen den Mietpreis noch drücken, da es doch manchmal ziemlich nerven kann.
Sonst sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe, Ebl, Lotus, Marktkauf, Lidl, Norma, und ein paar türkische Gemüse-Läden... und 10 min zu Fuss in die Innenstadt.
Im Mietpreis ist auch der Internet-Zugang inbegriffen und sogar die GEZ ;)
Schreibt einfach ein bisschen was über euch
und schaut mal vorbei.
