Das Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster. Das Bild zeigt das Zimmer nebenan, welches nicht vermietet wird, allerdings vom Schnitt identisch. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist nur etwas kleiner.
Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine schöne Küche mit Balkon.
Ich selbst bin 22 Jahre alt, habe ein abgeschlossenes Studium und beginne ab September eine Ausbildung.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station Maximilianstraße entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in direkter Umgebung.
Es sollte keine Zweck-WG sein. Deshalb suche ich einen netten, aufgschlossenen, rücksichtsvollen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin. Es gibt einen Putzplan an den du dich auch halten solltest.
