Das Zimmer ist 13 qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster. Der Boden ist Laminat und derzeit sind zwei der vier Wände gelb (kann geändert werden).
Die Wohnung hat:
- 3 Zimmer
- befindet sich im 3. Stock
- voll ausgestatte Küche mit Spülmaschine
- Badezimmer mit Badewanne
- Waschmaschine...
Die Wohnung ist im Stadtviertel Gostenhof. Die Ubahn und der Bus sind in maximal 5 min zu erreichen. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es nur 2 Ubahn-Stationen. Sbahn-Haltestelle Rothenburgerstraße ist auch in Laufnähe.
Die WG besteht aus 2 Jungs. Jonas, 20, studiert Wirtschaftswissenschaften im 5. Semester und Adrian, 21, macht derzeit die BOS.
Das WG-Leben ist total locker und wir sind unkompliziert. Jedoch ist der Putzdienst wöchentlich einzuhalten. Von einer Zweck-WG halten wir relativ wenig. Wichtig ist uns vor allem, dass wir uns gut verstehen.
Das Zimmer ist eventuell auch bis September frei, aber das wird dann vor Ort besprochen...
