Wir suchen für unsere WG eine/n neue MitbewohnerIn. Unsere vorherige Mitbewohnerin geht für ein Auslandsjahr nach Norwegen und somit wird ihr Zimmer für die Zeit von Anfang August 2014 bis spätestens zum 15. Oktober 2015 frei. Insgesamt ist unsere Wohnung 73,64m² groß. Sie hat ein recht kleines Bad, aber dafür eine schöne, gemütliche Küche.
Das Zimmer ist durch seine 4 Fenster super hell. Folgende Möbel sind vorhanden: Bett (1.40x2.0 m), ein ausklappbares Sofa, ein Sitzsack, ein Schreibtisch, ein Rollcontainer, ein großes Regal, eine Kommode und ein kleiner Tisch. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 264€ (inkl. aller Nebenkosten). Am Besten wäre es, wenn du alle Möbel übernehmen möchtest. Falls nicht können wir darüber noch einmal reden.
We are looking for a new flatmate. Our previous flatmate is going to Norway for 1 year. Thats why we want to sublet her room from August 2014 up to 15th of October at the latest. Out flat has a total size of 73,64 sq metre. While the bathroom is relativ small, the kitchen is nice and cosy.
The free room is very bright because of ist four windows. The following furniture is included: a bed (1.40x2.0 m), a hinged sofa bed, a beanbag, a desk, a big shelf and a little table. The total rent ist 364€ (including all additionel costs). The best case would be if you wish to take ever all the furniture. Otherwise we can talk about that.
Die Wohnung ist in Gostenhof, nur einen Katzensprung entfernt von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Bärenschanze. Von hier kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum fahren, genauso wie nach Fürth. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell im Zentrum. Für Erlanger Studenten ist die Anbindung auch gut: Innerhalb von knapp 30 Minuten ist man in Erlangen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend in der Nähe von großen Supermärkten zu kleinen Gemüseläden. Das Pegnitztal ist auch direkt in der Nähe. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten kann man auch zum Freibad West gehen.
Our flat is in the district called Gostenhof, which is very close to the next underground station called Bärenschaze. Starting from here it will only take you 5 minutes to the city center as well as to Fürth. Even by bike it takes you only a few minutes to go there. If you are a student in Erlangen it will only take you a round half an hour. There are lots of shopping facilities around here varying from big supermarkets to small greengrocer’s. The Pegitzvalley and the next swimming pool is about 5 minutes by foot.

Kathi ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert im 4. Semester Psychologie. Jojo studiert im 4. Semester Sozialökonomie und ist 22 Jahre alt. Er wird allerdings nur noch voraussichtlich bis Oktober 2014 hier wohnen. Danach kannst du dann gemeinsam mit Katharina auf die Suche nach einem/r neue/n MitbewohnerIn gehen. Zu unserem WG-Leben: Bisher würden wir unser WG-Leben als relativ „normal“ bezeichnen. Es gab mal die ein oder andere Party, es ist aber auf keinen Fall so, das jedes Wochenende eine große Party statt gefunden hat. Wir sitzen gerne mal abends zusammen in der Küche oder unternehmen etwas gemeinsam. Bisher haben wir es so gemacht, das wir alle gemeinsam eingekauft haben. Da sich die WG Zusammenstellung jedoch jetzt ändern wird, sind wir offen für Neues.
There are 2 other flatmates. Kathi, 21 years old, studying psychology in her forth semester. And Jojo, 22 years old, studying social economics in the same semester. Actually he will only live her prospectively up to October 2014. Afterwards you can look for a new flatmate together with Kathi. We would say that our living together is quite „normal“. There has been now and again a party but there is not every weekend a big house party. We like to chill together in the kitchen or go out but that is not a must. We used to buy foods together. Because the concetllation of our flat will change a lot during the next month we are open for new stuff.
