Wir wohnen in einem Altbau, haben einen schönen & knarzenden Dielenboden, Wohnzimmer und große Essküche.

I am going to be away for an internship in September and therefore have an empty room.
I am leaving all my furniture (bed, wardrobe, desk etc.). With its 20 m² the room will offer you enough space to feel at home.
The flat is in one of the nicest houses Austraße has. It's an old building with ivy growing up the wall and plank flooring.
Toilet and bathroom are separated, we have a living room and a very spacious kitchen.
Gleich unter uns ist einer der besten Italiener in Nürnberg und eine Straße weiter eine der coolsten Kneipen.
Aldi, Kaufland und Norma sind ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, es gibt zwei Bäckereien zur Auswahl und einen Metzger um die Ecke.
