Ich bin für 2 Monate im Ausland und vermiete daher mein möbliertes Zimmer in einer netten 3er-WG. Das Zimmer bietet allen Komfort (TV, Stereoanlage, Internet). Da ich nur 2 Monate weg bin, würde ich gerne das meiste im Zimmer lassen. Wenn Du lesebegeistert sien solltest, dürfte es das ideale Zimmer für Dich sein, da ich meine kleine Bibliothek für 2 Monate ungern in den Keller schleppen würde.
1a Verkehrsanbindung: Du bist in 2 Minuten an der Haltestelle Maximilianstraße und somit in unter 10 Minuten am Bahnhof. Direkt neben dem Haus gibt es einen Lidl und in ca. 5 Minuten bist Du an den Pegnitz-Wiesen.
Eine meiner Mitbewohnerinnen wird selbst im Ausland sein. Daher weiß ich noch nicht genau, mit wem Du Dir die WG teilen wirst. Da wir alle nett sind, werden wir natürlich jmd. nettes aussuchen.
