Für den Zeitraum 01. Oktober 2018 bis 31. März 2019 steht das ca. 12m² große möbliert Schlafzimmer (auf Wunsch auch unmöbliert) und das 20m² große Wohnzimmer (anteilig) zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und deshalb auch im Winter schön hell.
Die Wohnung ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und liegt in einer Seitenstraße im Stadtteil Gostenhof (Einbahnstraße mit wenig Verkehrsaufkommen).
Man braucht ca. 3 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn und ca. 15 Gehminuten in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Rad braucht ist man in 15 min an der FAU oder TH. Top Verkehrsanbindungen an den Frankenschnellweg Richtung Erlangen (Herzogenaurach).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Lidl, Norma ein Bio Laden usw. sind direkt um die Ecke. Was das Viertel auszeichnet, sind die viele kleine Kneipen und Restaurants, welche sich nur einen Katzensprung entfernt befinden. Hier ist das Leben entspannt und multikulturell.
Die Wohnung ist 70 qm groß und hat ein großes helles Wohnzimmer und eine gemütliche Küche.
Alle Geräte die das Leben leichter machen (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine usw.) sind vorhanden.
Da ich für ein halbes Jahr mit der Arbeit ins Ausland gehe, wird das 3. Zimmer der Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum frei.
Kurz zu den Bewohnern:) Mein Mitbewohner Chris kommt aus der Umgebung von Nürnberg und wohnt auch seit 4 Jahren in GOHO. er kennt sich also bestens in den Bars und Restaurants im Viertel aus und ist auch gerne immer bereit seine Geheimtipps zu teilen. Er hat an bis vor kurzen noch an der Ohm studiert. Den Rest erfährst du wenn du mich kontaktierst bzw. vorbeikommst :)
Since I am going abroad for work for half a year our third room will be free between October 1st, 2018 and March 31st, 2019, we are subletting the 3. room of our apartment. The room is fully furnished (if wanted also unfurnished). The common areas in the 70m2 big apartment are a nice living room and a comfy kitchen.
The apartment is facing south and is located in a side street in Gostenhof with very little traffic.
You need approx. 3min to the next metro station. The city center is within a 15 min walking distance. You need more or less 15 min to the FAU or Ohm university by bike. The Frankenschnellweg in direction to Herzogenaurach (adidas, Puma, Schäffler etc.) or Erlangen is just around the corner.
Shopping opportunities, e.g. Lidl, Norma or Bio grocery store are within a 3-5 min walking distance. Gostenhof is known for its bars and restaurants. The life in this area is relaxed and multi-cultural.
The apartment has about 70m2 and has a big, bright living room and a comfy kitchen with everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.).
Who would you share the apartment with? My roomie Chris is originally from Nuremberg and lives in Gostenhof for 4 years now. He knows all the bars and restaurants around the corner and is always up to show you around 😊 He is studying at the Ohm university in Nuremberg. He will tell you more about himself when you stop by to look at the apartment.
