Sonniges 20qm Zimmer in Gostenhof (Petra Kelly Platz)

GER: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines fünfstöckigen Mietshaus mit Aufzug. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Fahrradladen und eine Werkstatt die dir jederzeit helfen können wenn dein Fahrrad streiken sollte. Die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist extrem gut. Du bist in 3min zu Fuss am Plärrer und erreichst dort alle U-Bahnen, Tram und auch Bus. Zu dem befindet sich die U-Bahn und S-Bahn Station Rothenburger Straße ebenfalls in 3min Entfernung zu Fuss. Du kommst also auch leicht und schnell nach Erlangen. In 10min bist du zu Fuss auch direkt in der Innenstadt. Die vielen Bars, Kneipen, Kiosks, Restaurants und Imbisse die Gostenhof bietet erreichst du alle in 5-10min zu Fuss. Das Café Mainheim, die Weinbar achtzehn97, Leo's kleiner italienischer Laden, Hempels Burger, Nawroz, Cesme usw. sind alle in 1-3min erreichbar. In 5min zu Fuss bist du ebenfalls bei Müller, Ebl, Norma und Lidl und diversen Gemüsehändlern und kannst Lebensmittel ohne Probleme einkaufen.

ENG: The apartment is on the second floor of a five-floor house with elevator. There's a bike shop on the ground floor if you need help with your bike as well. You can reach all public transports within 3min of walking. All the metro lines, tram and buses. You can also grab suburban train to Erlangen at Rothenburger Straße within 3min of walking. In 10min you will be in the inner city and can shop also there are all those beautiful bars, restaurants, pubs Gostenhof is famous for. You can also find 3 supermarkets in walking distance which is quite handy. Also a drugstore and a wholefood shop.

GER: Mit dir wohnt Anna in der Wohnung. Sie ist die meiste Zeit arbeiten oder Sport machen und ganz unkompliziert. Mit ihr kannst du auch mal ein Pläuschchen halten, aber sie lässt dir auch absoluten Freiraum. Sie hat ihren Bachelor abgeschlossen und ist wirklich sehr lieb und umgänglich.

ENG: You'll share the flat with Anna. Most of the time she's working or working out, but she's very easy and nice. You can have a talk with her, but she also needs her space and will give you your space as well. She just recently finished her BA and is just lovely.

GER: Die Wohnung wird etwas anders als auf den Bildern aussehen weil ich einige Gegenstände aus der Wohnung mitnehmen werde. Keine Sorge in der Küche wirst du alles finden um dir was feines zu kochen. Auch aus meinem Zimmer verschwindet das Meiste, aber was im Zimmer bleibt habe ich ja beim Thema "Zimmer" schon geschrieben. Ansonsten wird für deinen Aufenthalt leider keine Waschmaschine vorhanden sein, aber in 6,5 Wochen kommt man sicher auch mit 1 Runde im Waschsalon zurecht. Die 350€ "Kaltmiete" umfassen alle Kosten für 4 Wochen, das Zimmer wird aber für 6,5 Wochen vermietet und die Kosten wären für diesen Zeitraum 550€. Hier sind Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, Hausmeisterdienst und GEZ inbegriffen. Dir entstehen als KEINE zusätzlichen Kosten. 

ENG: The apartment will look slightly different as on the photos as I will move out and take some things with me. Don't worry you'll find everything you need to eat and cook. Of course most of the things from my room will leave, but what remains was already been written in the "Zimmer" tab. Please take notice that there will be no washing machine in those 6.5 weeks of your stay as it is mine and I will take it with me, but you'll get along with 1 round in a laundrette. The 350€ "Kaltmiete" covers all of the costs for 4 weeks of rent. As the room is on rent for 6.5 weeks it is a total of 550€. It includes net rent, utilities, electricity, internet, janitorial services and TV license. There will be NO additional costs.
