Ich habe aktuell zwei Zimmer einer dreier WG im Angebot (ca. 316€ w+NK/ 17qm und ca. 298€ w+NK/ 15qm)
Die Wohnung ist ca. 76qm groß, hat einen geräumigen Eingangsbereich, ein frisch renoviertes Bad, separates WC und eine Küche mit allem drum und dran.
Im finalen Preis sind alle möglichen versteckten Kosten enthalten.
Das Haus befindet sich in der Südstadt in zentraler Lage. Zum Aufseßplatz sind es weniger als 5min und zum Hauptbahnhof kommt man zu Fuß in 10min, die Anbindung an die Öffis ist dementsprechend sehr gut.
In der Nähe findet man eigentlich alles was das Herz begehrt.
Kurz zu mir:
Ich heiße Andi, bin 23 Jahre alt und komme jetzt in mein letztes Studienjahr. Ich mache viel Sport, gehe gerne feiern und bin gerne unter Leuten.
