Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG mit Aufzug. Dein Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon (auf dem ein Grill steht hehe). Es ist auf den Bildern das, in dem grad meine Wäsche steht. Wir haben einen großen Flur, eine schöne Küche und nette Nachbarn. Außerdem ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich! Die Lage ist direkt an der Ubahn Haltestelle Gostenhof, Supermärkte (Norma Aldi Lidl) und alles wichtige in greifbarer Nähe. Unten im Haus ist ein Bäcker. Du wohnst mit mir und der Katze Luna zusammen, ich bin Lehrerin und 29 und freue mich über gemeinsames Kochen und abhängen und Wein trinken, aber natürlich auch mal personal space. Es wäre wichtig, dass du Katzen magst und Luni auch mal versorgen würdest, wenn ich nicht da bin. Sauberkeit wäre mir wchon auch wichtig. Ich gehe gern auch mal feiern, auf WG Partys hab ich aber weniger Bock :D Spieleabende find ich auch super und die Wohnung ist spieletechnisch ausgestattet. Auch sonst ist alles da, was man so braucht: Waschmaschine, Küchenzeug und sogar ein Auto :D Achja, im Hof haben wir ein kleines Hochbeet. Freu mich auf Anfragen!
