Hello,
I want to rent out my room for the month of August in our apartment.
There are two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, toilet, washroom & balcony in the apartment.
The bed room to be rented is fully furnished, with bed, cupboard, writing table, chair. The other bedroom is occupied by my friend. We both are doing jobs in Nürnberg and are easy going. I think so :)
It would be nice if the tenant can speak a bit English, its always good to have easy talks but its also good to learn few things from other :)
The room can be rented and taken back with few days up-down margin, its not a problem if somebody wants it a few days earlier... bla bla :D
