Das Zimmer grenzt ans Wohnzimmer. Es ist das größere von beiden. Es ist ein helles Zimmer mit einem großen Fenster. Aber ich denke Bilder sagen mehr als tausend Worte.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Maffaiplatz. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Man hat eigentlich alles, was man braucht, direkt in der Nähe. Innerhalb von 4 Minuten erreicht man U-Bahn Haltestelle Maffeiplatz, Supermarkt, Sparkasse und Bäcker. Parkplätze sind je nach Uhrzeit relativ gut zu bekommen. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in nur 10 Minuten mit der Ubahn.
Also erstmal, ich bin der Michi, ich bin 28 Jahre alt und bin nun auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner. Hier geht es wirklich sehr kumpelhaft zu. Wenn du willst, unternehmen wir gerne was zusammen, aber lasse auch immer einen Rückzugsort. Hier geht es wirklich sehr locker zu. Komm doch einfach mal vorbei.
Die Küche muss zum Teil abgelöst werden, da mein jetziger Mitbewohner, der Ende August auszieht, die Hälfte der Küche bezahlt hat.
