Hey Leute!

Willkommen in meinem mega gemütlichen Zimmer mitten im Herzen der coolen Innenstadt von Nürnberg! Hier ist der Deal: Ich bin ab dem 20.08.2024 bis zum 25.01.2025 für mein Auslandssemester in Schweden und vermiete mein Zimmer gerne in dieser Zeit unter.

Erstmal zu meinem Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist rießig (23 Quadratmeter) und hat 4m hohe Decken, was ein absoluter Traum ist. Die Decke wird dir also nie auf den Kopf fallen:)

Mein Zimmer ist direkt gegenüber vom Bad was auch sehr von Vorteil ist. Mein Zimmer wird inklusive Inventar also Bett, Matratze, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Schrank untervermietet. Wer Lust hat darf auch gerne mein Klavier und meine Gitarre benutzen.

Das Wlan ist sehr gut hier und falls du Kaffee magst das nächste Cafe ist genau gegenüber.

Welcome to my super cozy room right in the heart of the cool downtown area of Nuremberg! Here's the deal: I'll be heading to Sweden for my semester abroad starting August 20th, and I'm happy to sublet my room during that time.

First off, let me tell you about my room. It's huge (23 square meters) and has 4-meter-high ceilings, which is an absolute dream. So, you'll never feel cramped here:)

My room is right across from the bathroom, which is also very convenient. I'll be subletting my room fully furnished, including a bed, mattress, sofa, desk, and wardrobe. And if you're up for it, feel free to use my piano and guitar.

The Wi-Fi here is excellent, and if you're a coffee lover, the nearest café is right across the street.

Die Lage ist eine Seltenheit in Nürnberg!   Nahe der Lorenzkirche und der Hauptbahnhof ist innerhalb von 6 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen.   Wir sind mitten im Geschehen, umgeben von Cafés, Bars und Shops. Du kannst also easy die Stadt erkunden, wann immer dir danach ist.

   The location is a rarity in Nuremberg!   Close to St. Lorenz Church, and the Nuremberg main station is reachable within a 6-minute walk.   We're right in the thick of it, surrounded by cafes, bars, and shops. So, you can easily explore the city whenever you feel like it.

Meine Mitbewohner sind die Besten <3   Unsere Gespräche in der Küche haben uns schon so viele Abende verzaubert.   Außerdem haben wir schon so einige Wg Partys zusammen geschmissen - besser kann man es nicht erwischen!   Wichtig wäre das du ein aufgeschlossener und toleranter Mensch bist.

My roommates are the best <3   We've lost ourselves in conversations so many evenings in our kitchen. Our kitchen talks have enchanted us on countless nights.   Plus, we've thrown quite a few flat parties together - you can't get any better than that!   It's important that you're an open-minded and tolerant person.
