Das Zimmer ist möbliert, es gibt Bad, Küche, eine Katze, ein Fahrrad :),W-lan,
ein bisschen Garten (im Sommer), THON ist gleich in der Nähe (Bus Erlangen!).
Ich bin 59 Jahre alt,sehr umgänglich, Kinder ausgezogen (ab und an ist einer mal kurz da),
von Beruf Musiklehrerin, viel beschäftigt und auch unterwegs,
offen für mal ein Gespräch oder ein kleines Bier, aber kein WG-Leben.
Die Wohnung ist bunt und gemütlich, das Haus steht im Knoblauchsland.
Ideal für Studentin, die nach Erlangen muss, und nur unter der Woche da ist. Wenn jemand immer übers Woende heimfährt, lässt sich auch über den Mietpreis reden.
