The flat is on the 2nd floor without elevator.
Room lies between the kitchen and the other room (mine).
It is an Altbau, so the ceiling is high and the windows are old.
Central location, 17 minutes away from Nürnberg Central Station, 11 minutes to Plärer, 33 minutes to the airport.
There's a bus station 3 minutes away, with busses to Plärer <--> Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. The tram station St. Johannisfriedhof is 5 mins away on foot.
The U-bahn station Bärenschanze is 13 minutes away on foot.
You have everything you might need within walking distance of the flat - Rewe Markt (4 mins, next to the busstop) with a Hausarzt and a pharmacy next door. Near the tram station (4 mins away from the flat) you will find a Norma and Rossman, along with multiple places where you can eat out - Dönner, Greek Gyros, etc.
I'm 30 years old, I come from Bolivia and I work in the area of embedded software. I did a Bachelor in Mechatronics in Hamburg, lived in Berlin for 5 years and moved to Nürnberg for work.
I'm looking for someone who's in a similar place in life, who would enjoy a balance between solo time and the occasional WG activity.

The cold rent is split between us according to the area of our rooms. The amenities (internet 50, gas 100 , electricity 65, water and building maintenance 70) will be split 50/50.
In the beginning, besides the 1000 eur deposit, there is a one time 400 eur fee.
The 400 eur include a bed, wardrobe and a desk that will be 100 yours, and a fridge, washing machine, kitchen wardrobes/furniture and a couch (that we will share ownership 50/50).
I will answer after work (ca. 17.30 hrs); the room will be available for visitation today from 19 hrs onwards and the whole weekend.
