Perfekt ist die Lage im Nürnberger Süden mit vielen Grüflächen, Wald, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shopping Mall, Autobahn, Sportmöglichkeiten und vielem mehr.
Parkplätze sind immer reichlich auf der Straße vorhanden.
Zu Bus und U-Bahn sind es nur 3 Fußminuten.
Supermärkte, Metzger, Bäcker und Co. sind in 5 Fußminuten zu erreichen
Klamottengeschäfte und vieles mehr ist nur eine U-Bahn-Station entfernt oder 10 Fußminuten.

Parking is availible on the street in front of the building.
Busses and subway is a 3 minute walk away.

Im obersten Stockwerk des ruhigen Wohnhauses lässt es sich ganz entspannt leben.
Im WG-Leben bin ich rücksichtsvoll und verlasse Räume so, wie ich sie vorgefunden haben.
Mit mir kann man über alles reden.
WG-Regeln sind einfach:

I am considerate and leave rooms as tidy as I entered them.
We can talk about any issues.
Rules are simple:
- Take off your shoes whenever possible, especially in the bathroom
- Sublease only to non-smokers
- We clean up after ourselves.
- Once per week we vacuum and mop the apartment
- We communicate about bathroom times, visitors, quiet hours and more.
Ich vergebe nur befristete Untermietverträge zwischen 3 und 12 Monaten.
Gegebenenfalls kann die Wohnung von mir komplett übernommen werden.
