Wir sind zwei angehende Studentinnen und suchen für unsere neu erworbene 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung noch ein(e) Mitbewohner(in).
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Station Maffeiplatz von dort aus kann man alles problemlos erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage befindet sich die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Die super schöne und helle Altbauwohnung ist frisch renoviert und befindet sich im 3.OG eines sehr geflegten Wohnhauses.
Zu den 160€ Mietkosten kommen noch ca. 50€ monatlich hinzu (Gas,Strom,Internet und Telefon).
Da wir die Wohnung selbst erst gerade erworben haben fällt noch eine einmalige Maklergebühr an,bei der man sich beteiligen sollte.
Wir freuen uns auf eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in) in unserer schönen Wohnung.
