Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 30qm großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Doppelglas-Flügeltür-Fenster und einen geräumigen Schrank mit Schiebetüren und großem Spiegel. Die gepflegte und vollausgestattete (Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, Herd, etc.) 5er WG befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Wohnung im 4OG mit 190 qm, hohen Wänden (3m), Dielenboden und großem Wohnzimmer. Es gibt einen sehr guten Anschluss an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz (U-Bahn Aufsessplatz 50m, Tram 50m). Der Nbg-Bahnhof ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar oder eine Station mit der U-Bahn. In die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto, Edeka, Norma, DM etc. sowie Ärzte befinden sich in nächster nähe (100m). Ich freue mich auf euren Anruf.
