Hallo zusammen,
ein Zimmer in 2-er WG wird zum 01.12.2020 frei. Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster auf Ostliche seite, deswegen es ist sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert: ein Bett mit 2 Schubkästen (140x200 cm) ist nur 6 Monate alt, einen Tisch, großer Schrank mit großem Spiegel, Bürostuhl, Nachttisch, Teppich.
Alles bleibt in der Wohnung.
WG ist auch voll möbliert: einfach kommen und wohnen. Für die ganze Austattung und Möbel im Zimmer und in der WG selbst ist eine Ablöse in Höhe von 850 € (Wichtig!).
Die WG liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und das Fenster deines Zimmers zeigt auf einen verkehrsberuhigten Bereich, sodass es auch nicht laut ist, wenn du im Sommer die Fenster offen hast.
Hauptbahnhof und U-Bahn Station Aufseßplatz ist 5-7 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Straßenbahn Linie 6 und 8 ist auch in 3 min erreichbar.
In der nähe gibt es vielle verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die du in ein paar Gehminuten erreichen kannst: Penny, Norma, Rewe, und auch zahlreiche türkische Obst- und Gemüsehändler.
Zum Entspannen und Sport treiben ist für mich immer die Wöhrder Wiese gewesen, welche du auch in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichst.
Du siehst also, hier befindest du dich in wirklich zentraler Lage im Herzen Nürnbergs und kommst überall, wo du hinmöchtest, schnell an.
