Ich suche Anfang Juli eine Nachmieterin für mein schönes Zimmer in einer 2er Wg.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Norma, Rewe, Pennymarkt und Edeka sind ums Eck. Die Bushaltestellen der Linien 36, 46 und 47 sind ebenfalls vor der Tür, Lorenzkirche in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell mit 2 lärm- und wärmeisolierten Fenstern, Laminatboden und 2 Heizkörpern.
Die Wohnung an sich hat 70 qm und es steht noch ein gemeinsames Zimmer zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Abstellraum in der Wohnung, sowie Keller- oder Dachbodenstauraum, falls benötigt.
