We are looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely flatshare in the Aldstadt.
We are Fabi, 22, a student from Wurzburg, and Jen, 24, a designer from England. Our flatshare is 101m² with a large lounge, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. It is a great location directly in the centre of the Aldstadt and is a 5 minute walk to the u-bahn and less than 5 minutes to bus stops and local amenities.
The room on offer is 16.4m² and is available from July 1st.
Cost per month is 400 Euros, including all bills (internet, heating etc). We are looking for someone to stay a minimum of a year. If you are interested, please drop us a mail to arrange a look around our great flatshare!

Jen (24/Designerin) und ich, Fabi, (22/Student) sind sehr unkompliziert und würden uns über eine(n) nette(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner/in für unsere super Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt freuen!!!
Die Wohnung ist 101m² groß und beinhaltet ein großes Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und zusätzlich noch ein WC. Das zu vermietende Zimmer wäre 16,4m² groß, würde im Gesamtpaket 400€ kosten (also Internet, Heizkosten, etc. sind enthalten) und ist ab 1. Juli frei. Die Lage ist genial, ich denke besser geht's nicht!! :) wie gesagt mitten in der Altstadt, somit ist alles zu Fuß/Fahrrad problemlos zu erreichen!!
Also falls ihr interessiert seid, meldet euch einfach per email. (ist wirklich egal, ob auf deutsch oder englisch alles wird gelesen :P).
