The apartment has 4 rooms, an equiped kitchen, a bathroom and a separated toilet. There is a wasing machine and a microvave owen. The bathroom has a shower.
The room is located in the southern part of apartmens, so it's very nice and sunny. The room includes a sink.

The apartment has very good location. 5 minutes to the square, and well communicated with the public transport. Furthermore, because of a bicycle path in Furth direction, there are excellent conditions for cyclists and runners.

Ryan- an English teacher from Australia.
Pratap- he has an internship. He works on electronic systems for cars. He is from India.
Susan- a teacher in a primary school. She found a job in Munich and just like me- she is moving out in September.
Everybody works in our apartment. Flatmates are very friendly and easy going. They speak German, but only a little bit, so English language is required. Furthermore, we look for someone who cares about cleanliness.
