wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere schöne 3er Wg. Wenn du nett, lustig und aufgeschlossen bist, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.
Zur Wohnung:
wir bieten ein schönes, helles 17qm großes Zimmer mit altem Holzboden. Unsere Wohnküche mit Balkon läd zum gemeinsamen kochen, quatschen und rumsitzen ein und bildet den zentralen Treffpunkt der Wohnung. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und die Toilette ist seperat.
Kosten:
250 Euro monatlich, darin enthalten Miete, Nebenkosten, DSL und Telefonflatrate.
Für die Küche würde ein Ablöse von 150 Euro (VHB) anfallen.
Die Kaution beträgt 330 Euro.
Neuer Kühlschrank mit beteiligung von ca. 40 Euro ( könnt ihr ja beim auszug wieder zurückverlangen:-))
Wenn euch die Wohnungsbeschreibung zusagt, dann würden wir uns freuen, wenn ihr am Samstag den 16.08 zwischen 11.30 Uhr und 13.30Uhr vorbeischaut.
