Hallo,
ab sofort ist ein schönes WG-Zimmer direkt am Stadtpark zu haben. Die dreier WG besteht bisher nur aus berufstätigen, was aber kein muss ist.
Aufgrund von privaten Veränderungen ist ein schönes mit Laminat ausgelegtes Zimmer frei geworden.
Es hat ca. 16 qm und müsste mit dem schönen 1,40m Bett (mit 7-Zonen Matratze) mit Nachttisch, offenen Schrank, TV mit Unterstellschrank, sowie Schreibtisch mit Stuhl übernommen werden (für VB 450 Euro).
Bilder folgen, da ich noch keine gemacht habe...
Zimmer +Nebenkosten +Telefon = 260 Euro im Monat.
Einfach melden und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin aus.
Direkt am Stadtpark.
Wir arbeiten alle aber es findet sich auch mal Zeit für ungezwungene Kochabende oder dergleichen...
