Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß plus kleinem Balkon.
Ich würde das Zimmer unmöbliert vermieten - ein Schreibtisch und ein Regal stehen derzeit allerdings drin und könnten - falls gewünscht - genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung an sich ist eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung, Küche und Bad (insg. 75qm), komplett möbliert und alles kann natürlich mitgenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral;
Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 150m entfernt, UBahn 300m.
Man kann gut zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen (15 Minuten).
Ich arbeite Teilzeit und studiere nebenbei wieder, habe 2 Hunde, die trotz ihres Alters temperamentvoll sind, aber kein Bellen etc.; Die Hunde sind - wenn ich nicht daheim bin - sehr oft bei meinen Eltern, so dass es von dieser Seite aus auch keine Probleme geben würde.
