Das schöne helle Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, mit einem PVC-Boden ausgestattet und teilmöbliert (Kleiderschrank, Regal, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl).
Die Wohnung selbst besteht weiterhin noch aus einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche, einer Küche, Balkon und den zwei weiteren Zimmern. Sie ist im 1. Stock eines Altbaus.
Auch ein Kellerabteil und der Hinterhof können mitgenutzt werden. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es leider nicht, aber ein Waschsalon ist direkt in der Nähe. Parkplätze gibt es vor der Haustüre oder im näheren Umkreis.
Rewe, Apotheke, Bäcker oder Döner sind direkt um die Ecke. Auch die U-Bahnstation ist gleich vor der Haustüre. In wenigen Minuten sind dann Hbf und Plärrer zu erreichen. Stadtpark, Innenstadt und WISO sind zu Fuß auch nicht weit entfernt.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr locker und harmonisch. Gerne wird mal zusammen gequatscht oder gefeiert, aber trotzdem hat jeder auch seinen Freiraum. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen Sabrina und Natascha sind sehr aufgeschlossen und studieren beide.
