mein schönes WG-Zimmer wird zum 01.09.2013 frei! Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß (wahrscheinlich noch ein bisschen größer) und ist in einer tollen 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit zwei noch tolleren Mitbewohnerinnen!
Ich werde in dem Zimmer das Bett und den Einbauschreibtisch lassen gegen eine Ablöse von 250,- €
Komplett mit allem kostet das Zimmer 265,-. Es gibt keine weiteren Kosten.
Die Wohnung ist in Maxfeld, nur einen Katzensprung von der WISO entfernt und mit dem Radl ist es auch nicht weit zur Ohm-Hochschule. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind schnell zu erreichen und die U-Bahn ist direkt ums eck!
Meine zwei noch-Mitbewohnerinnen sind Nina WIWI-Studentin und Jenny Grundschullehramststudentin und die beiden sind wirklich wunderbar! Bessere Mitbewohner kann man sich wohl kaum vorstellen. Daher ist es wichtig, dass du auch zu uns passt, da die WG alles andere als eine Zweck-WG ist und das auch so bleiben sollte. Wir kochen, spielen und machen sonst auch ganz viele Sachen miteinander!
