Hallo,
ich bin beruflich nach Salzburg gegangen und möchte nun ein Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Nürnberg untervermieten. Ich selbst werde mindestens einmal im Monat in meinem Zimmer sein. Es ist also eine WG aber die meiste Zeit wäre die Wohnung in deinen Händen.
Ich musste meine Möbel mit nach Salzburg nehmen, so dass die Wohnung im Moment nur spärlich möbliert ist. Eine voll ausgestattete und neue Küche ist mit drin, ein Sofa, ein Schaukelstuhl, ein Badspiegelschrank, ein Garderobenschrank. Eine Waschmaschine ist nicht mehr drin, aber ein Waschsalon gleich um die Ecke.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer entspannten und normal vernünftigen (;-)) Mitbewohnerin.
