In unserer, seit 10 Jahren bestehenden (in wechselnder Zusammensetzung) Nicht-Zweck-WG mit schönem Hof (fast schon Garten) ist ein Zimmer frei. Wir wohnen in der WG insgesamt, also mit dir, zu fünft.
Die WG ist in einem kleinen Hinterhaus auf drei Etagen mit geräumiger Wohnküche zwischen Gostenhof und Muggenhof/Eberhardshof.
Das Zimmer kostet dich 250 €, worin schon StromWasserHeizungInternetZeitung enthalten ist. Hinzu kommt nur noch der Beitrag zur gemeinsamen Essenskasse.
Zur U-Bahn (Maximilianstr.) sind es 5 Fußminuten. In die Innenstadt brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad oder mit Öffentlichen 10 Minuten.
Wir sind alle um die 30 Jahre + 1 Kind von 4 Jahren. Ob du rauchst ist uns egal, du solltest kein Problem mit unserem Kätzchen „Fussel“ und mit der gelegentlich anwesenden Hündin "Kassiopeia" haben.
Wir sind alle in linken und oder alternativen Zusammenhängen unterwegs. Das sollte für dich zumindest nichts vollkommen abwegiges sein (Parteibücher haben wir aber alle nicht)
