Ich vermiete ein helles WG-Zimmer (ca. 14-15qm) in einer nagelneu renovierten Wohnung (Elektrik neu, Bad neu, Küche neu, etc.): Bad und WC getrennt; 4. OG mit Aufzug; 2 Balkone (Wohnzimmer + Küche); Waschmaschine vorhanden. Ca. 1,5km Fußweg zur FH!
Es handelt sich um eine 4-Zimmer Wohnung. Es kann durchaus sein, dass ich mich kurzfristig entscheide, noch ein weiteres Zimmer anzubieten, aber momentan erstmal eins.
Ich suche eine(n) aufgeschlossene(n) Mitbewohner(in), da es alleine in der Wohnung bisschen langweilig ist :-)
Ich bin 24 und hab dieses Jahr mein Studium beendet. Diverse andere Fragen, beantworte ich gerne per Mail.
Das Zimmer wird wohl erst ab Mitte Oktober bezugsfertig sein, weil ich bis dahin noch brauchen werde um alles zu renovieren.
Ihr könnt es euch gerne vorher mal anschauen, aber kann sein, dass es sich noch um eine Baustelle handeln wird.
