Die kürzlich renovierte Wohnung liegt im 14. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses und ist 70 qm groß.
Dein Zimmer ist 10qm groß und bereits komplett möbiliert, so dass du ohne große Vorbereitungen direkt einziehen könntest. Es hat ein großes Fenster, was das Zimmer schön hell macht und eine super Aussicht bietet. Warmmiete ist 350€.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine vollausgestattete Küche und ein Bad. Außerdem gibt es einen schönen großen Balkon mit super Aussicht, auf dem wir bei guten Wetter öfters mal bei einem Bier oder Wein zusammensitzen :)
In dem Gebäude gibt es einen Waschraum, in dem du gegen eine Gebühr deine Wäsche waschen kannst. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Fahrradkeller.

The apartment with 70qm is on the 14th floor of a family building, and was recently renovated.
The room is 10qm and completely furnished so you can move in very easily. It has a big window that makes the room nice and bright, and offers a beautiful view. The rent is 350€.
We have a shared kitchen with everything you need and a bathroom. We also have a balcony, and when the weather is nice we usually sit there and hang out together while we drink a beer or wine :)
There’s a washing room in the building where you can do your laundry for a convenient price, and also a room in the basement where you can leave your bike.
Die U1 Station Messe ist zu Fuß innerhalb einer Minute zu erreichen. In die Stadt brauchst du also maximal 15 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe und Netto sind innerhalb von 9 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt ebenfalls eine Poststation, eine Bank und weitere Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Mein persönliches Highlight ist die Nähe zum Dutzendteich und zum Silbersee! An schönen Tagen ist man in 5 Minuten an schönen Plätzen am See für ein Picknick oder einen Spaziergang :)

The U1-Messe it’s only 1 minute away by foot, so it will take you less than 15 minutes to get to the city center.
The supermarkets Rewe and Netto are only aprox 9 minutes away. There’s also a post office, a bank and different restaurant options nearby.
And personally my favorite part: the most beautiful park Dutzenteich and the lake Silversee are just 5 minutes away! So on sunny days you can take lovely walks next to the lakes or make a picnic :)
Deine Mitbewohner sind Jean (19) und Dimiter (21).
Jean studiert Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der FAU im 2. Semester. Er ist aus Nicaragua und da er das größte Zimmer hat hängen wir meistens dort ab und schauen Filme oder spielen Brettspiele :) Jeans Freundin ist ebenfalls öfters zu Besuch, wodurch das Mann-Frau Verhältnis in der WG immer gut ausgeglichen war.
Dimiter studiert International Business an der TH im 2. Semester. Er ist aus Bulgarien und hat das Zimmer neben dir.
Sie sind beide sehr cool und offen, wir haben uns alle super verstanden und es gab nie Streit.

You will be sharing the apartment with Jean (19) and Dimiter (21).
Jean is studying Business in his 2nd semester at the FAU. He is from Nicaragua and because he has the biggest room we usually hang out there and play board games or watch movies :) Because Jean has a girlfriend she’s also usually there, which made the perfect balance in the wg (2 boys/ 2 girls).
Dimiter studies International business also in his 2nd semester at the TH. He is from Bulgaria and he has the room next to you.
They are very cool and open people, and I’m sure you will get along very well! We are still very close friends, and there was never a problem between us.
Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen und Problemen immer gut unterstützt.
Für Internet muss man noch 6,50€ monatlich bezahlen.
Falls du noch Fragen hast oder denkst die WG würde gut zu dir passen, schick mir gerne eine Nachricht. Wir können gerne eine Besichtigung (vor Ort mit Maske oder via Zoom) vereinbaren, sodass du die Wohnung sehen und deine Mitbewohner kennenlernen kannst. :)

The landlord was always easy to reach and she helped us with problems and questions we had.
For the Internet you need to pay 6,50€ monthly.
