Hallo zusammen,
ich hätte ab 1.12.07 ein Zimmer frei. Die WG ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Gute Einbauküche mit allem Schnickschnack, Balkon, recht viele Sportgeräte wie Hanteln, Sandsack etc. Streit wegen Saubermachen gibts auch net, im Preis ist gleich jemand der putzt dabei. Gerne auch Raucher aber dann bitte auf dem Balkon. Bin selbst Nichtraucher. Soll keine reine ZweckWG sein. Würde mich über jemanden freuen der am Wochenende gerne mal mit feiern geht, zusammen Sport macht etc.
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut. Parkplätze sind reichlich da und ein Park ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt.
