Es handelt sich um eine 200 qm Wohnung (Altbau, 3m hohe Decken) im 4 Stock mit Aufzug direkt in die Wohnung. 60 qm Wohnzimmer und mehreren Zimmern.
Ich heiße Thomas, war ein Jahr in Australien (ich bin 27), komme am 07.06.08 zurück und suche nun eine(n) nette(n), aufgeschlossene(n) Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin.
Im Preis inklusive ist die Nutzung von:
Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Dusche, Spülmaschine, Herd + Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Geschirr/Besteck/Töpfe etc., schneller DSL 16.000 Internetanschluss mit WLAN und 2 Telefonanschlüssen mit allen Flatrates, Digital SAT TV Anschlüsse (DVB-S), Tischtennisplatte.
Strom, Heizung und Abfallkosten sind auch schon in dem Preis mit drin, sowie falls benötigt ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
Lage: Im Nordosten von Nürnberg, ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad bis in die Innenstadt, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Stadtpark 100m Luftlinie entfernt.
Das verfügbare Zimmer ist 35 qm groß. Eventuell kann auf Wunsch ein großer Kleiderschrank überlassen werden.
2 Katzen sind ebenfalls hier.
Einzug so früh wie möglich, ideal wäre ab 01.07.08, geht aber eventuell auch schon früher.
