Helles Zimmer, ca. 13m² (größer als man meint) mit Laminatboden. Bettgestell kann gerne gegen eine Ablöse im Zimmer bleiben. Guter Schnitt.
Küche mit Spülmaschine. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine (dafür fallen einmalig 30 € Ablöse an). Ein Trockner der Hausverwaltung ist ebenfalls mitbenutzbar.
Einzugsdatum nach Absprache, da es noch nicht sicher ist, wann genau das Zimmer frei wird. Spätestens allerdings ab dem 01.10.23.
Bus direkt vor der Tür + 5 min zur U-bahn. 5 min zur FAU. 10 min in die Innenstadt. Direkt Gegenüber vom Bürgeramt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Sebald) 5 min entfernt.
Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind super entspannt, nett und lustig. „WG-Aktivitäten“ gibt es keine, da jeder einen anderen Tagesrhythmus hat und generell auch viel zu tun. Sauberkeit & Offene Kommunikation ist bei uns wichtig :-).
